Job summary

Fellowship Community is hiring a CNA in Whitehall, PA to provide compassionate care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities and promoting independence.

You will follow individualized care plans, monitor health, and maintain records in a supportive, respectful environment that emphasizes the RISE values. Earned wage access and scholarships are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current PA CNA certification is required.
• Prior CNA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and dementia care.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred.
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols.
• Foster respectful relationships with residents and families.

Pay: $19–$21/hour

• 7a–3p: $20–$21
• 3p–11p: $20–$21 + $2 shift differential
• 11p–7a: $20–$21 + $1 shift differential
  Shifts: 8-hour & 12-hour options available | Weekend Program positions offered
