Requirements

Must be physically capable of assisting clients with dressing, feeding, grooming, toileting, transfers, and other tasks. Ability to push/pull at least 100 pounds, lift 50 pounds, and perform physical activities for up to an hour without rest is required.

Additional requirements include:

• Active member of the Health Care Worker Registry
• Two references
• One year of homemaking experience or related skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background checks
• Complete IDOA CCP training for Homemaker Supervisor
• Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
• Flexibility to work in various client homes
