Requirements

• Ability to assist clients with dressing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and transfers
• Physically able to push and pull at least 100 pounds and lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to move in tight spaces and perform physical tasks continuously for up to an hour
• Active member of the Healthcare Worker Registry
• Two references
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background checks
• Complete IDOA CCP training for Homemaker Supervisor
• Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
• Flexible and good communication skills
