DayToDay Health in Wisconsin seeks a dedicated Resident Associate to support residents in a residential care setting. You will assist with daily routines, help with personal care, and promote dignity, safety, and independence.

You will observe residents, report changes to the care team, document observations, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure a safe, respectful living environment for all residents and families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to resident-centered care.
• Strong integrity and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow care procedures and maintain clear, respectful communication.
• Prior senior-care experience is helpful but not required; training is available.
