Home Recovery Home Aid is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will support daily living activities and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with elderly in residential, long-term care, or home health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage patients in meaningful conversation, companionship, and social interaction.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and requests for care.
• Observe and report changes to a licensed nurse.
• Complete required documentation, including incident reports and change-of-condition reports.
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with eating (excluding tube feeding).
• Support self-administration of medications as directed.
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe immediate living environment (bedroom and bathroom).
