Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) for flexible PRN/part-time shifts.

You will provide in-home personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients with hygiene, grooming and mobility. Requirements include at least six months’ experience in a similar role, a current CNA license or completion of the first nursing school semester, being 18+, CPR preferred, two references, background check, and a valid driver's license with car insurance.

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in a comparable care aide job classification.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR preferred, but not required.
• 2 professional references required.
• Background check.
• Driver’s License and current car insurance

Responsibilities

• The Personal Care Aide is responsible for the tasks of personal care and incidental activities of daily living for clients of all ages in client homes.
• Provides aide for client’s hygiene, grooming and comfort needs, i.e. toileting, bathing, companionship
• Provide aide with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping and socialization activities

Personal Care Aide (PCA) job duties may include:
