Qualifications

• Ability to monitor patients and communicate effectively.
• Must be at least 18 and pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation as required.
• Follow scheduling and tasks by staffing coordinator.
• Assist members with bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Stay up to date with Maltreatment Certification.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques

• Strong communication skills to interact positively with members, and families
• A caring demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality personal care services
• Be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and dependable transportation

Essential Functions
