Job summary

Home Care Agency LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in home or care settings, promoting comfort, safety, dignity, and independence through person-centered care.

You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility, while providing companionship and meticulous documentation, following care plans and safety procedures to ensure high-quality care for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care, home care, caregiving or related support roles is preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, care plans, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to assist with routine caregiving tasks and mobility.

• Follow care plans, safety procedures, and agency or facility policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal care, home care, caregiving, or a related support role is preferred.
