Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a hands-on creator manager for a hybrid role based in Orlando, FL. You will own the creator’s Trybe presence, submitting to brands, getting approvals, and overseeing a weekly publishing cadence with in-person shoots.

You’ll develop concepts, build shot lists, direct on camera, and either shoot/edit or coordinate editors. Weekly batch shoots are scheduled; Phase 2 expands to TikTok Shop and Phase 3 to full personal-brand management across platforms including YouTube.

Qualifications

• Managed creator/influencer partnerships end-to-end.
• Possess content creation or on-set directing skills.
• Bonus: TikTok Shop & YouTube experience.

Responsibilities

• Own brand submissions, approvals, and deliverables.
• Develop content concepts, hooks, and formats to convert.
• Direct filming days and coordinate with editors.
• Publish content weekly and track performance.
• Launch TikTok Shop presence in Phase 2.
