Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC seeks a creator-turned-director to own a personal brand end-to-end for an Orlando-based creator. You will conceive concepts, plan shoots, direct on-camera performances, shoot and edit or supervise editors, and publish weekly to Trybe.

You’ll drive content strategy from phase one through TikTok Shop launch, coordinating a batch-day approach and performance-driven adjustments across platforms.

Qualifications

• You've personally managed a creator or influencer before — partnerships, content, or channel.
• You're a content creator yourself or a videographer/editor who can run a set and cut footage.
• Taste, initiative, and a habit of connecting content to revenue; bonus: TikTok Shop experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage presence end to end: brand submissions, approvals, and partnership deliverables.
• Develop content concepts, hooks, and formats built to convert.
• Build shot lists and direct filming days (every 1-2 weeks).
• Film and edit content, or coordinate with my editors.
• Publish to Trybe on a weekly cadence.
• Track performance and double down on what converts.
• Phase 2: launch TikTok Shop.
