Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Abides by company service standards, greeting customers and making them feel welcome.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance daily; open accounts and service existing ones.
• Promote banking products and cross-sell to customers as appropriate.
