Job summary

First Mid Bank & Trust is seeking a customer-focused teller in Wisconsin to deliver exceptional service at the branch. You will process a variety of transactions, assist customers with accounts, and support branch promotions while adhering to compliance and security policies.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience; sales experience is a plus. Strong computer skills (MS Office) and a professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Successful completion of required compliance and First Mid training curriculum. Advancement in this role will be based on management discretion.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Proficiently service customers by processing transactions accurately and efficiently within policy guidelines (deposits, withdrawals, checks, cashier's checks).
• Open accounts (checking, savings, safe deposit box, basic business accounts) and perform changes as requested by customers.
• Maintain cash drawer with daily balancing and assist with branch operations and promotions.
