Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships.
• Conduct professional client conversations that build trust and credibility.
• Discover key life events to tailor bank products and services.
• Recommend and provide accounts, loans, and services matching clients’ financial needs.
• Promote bank products and services within and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer to bank partners for additional revenue.
• Maintain operational soundness and minimize risk.
• Adhere to operating procedures and protocols.
• Deliver a consistently superior client experience.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a welcoming environment.
• Resolve client issues as directed by Bank Manager.
• Assist with teller duties and process client transactions.
• Approve transactions within assigned authority.
• Assist with bank opening/closing.
• Understand and follow laws and regulations; complete periodic compliance training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
