Travel to Wichita, KS may be required during initial training. The position offers community-focused work and opportunities to grow within Retail Banking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills expected.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and pay attention to detail.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Willingness to travel to Wichita, KS for training in the first week.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships through professional conversations.

• Recommend accounts, loans, and services to meet financial needs.

• Refer clients to bank partners to generate additional revenue.
