Job summary

Responsibilities include promoting bank products, ensuring compliance with laws, and assisting with branch operations. Training may require travel to Wichita, KS during the first week of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and sustain trust with clients.
• Discover life events to tailor banking products and services.
• Recommend accounts, loans, and services meeting client needs.
• Promote bank products within and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer to bank partners to generate revenue.
• Maintain operational soundness to minimize risk and ensure quality production.
• Adhere to procedures and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Resolve client issues in absence of Bank Manager.
• Process teller transactions and approve transactions within authority.
• Assist with bank openings and closings.
