Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS for training in first week.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships through professional conversations.
• Disclose clients’ life events to tailor banking solutions.
• Recommend accounts, loans, and services meeting needs.
• Promote bank products inside and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer clients to bank partners for revenue.
• Maintain operational soundness and follow procedures.
• Perform teller duties and approve transactions within authority.
