Busey Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to combine teller duties with relationship banking. You will greet customers, identify needs, cross-sell products, and assist with account openings while maintaining accurate cash handling and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Previous banking and/or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications a plus
• NMLS SAFE Act registration required for Lending relationships

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to build lasting relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and advise on tailored solutions.
• Open and manage a variety of accounts and assist with transfers.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accuracy of transactions.
