Formación

• Requires a High School diploma.
• Requires previous banking and/or sales experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and refer customers to other lines of business as appropriate.
• Open and manage a variety of accounts and assist with account maintenance tasks.
• Process transactions with a high degree of accuracy and balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy and security.
