Job summary

Weekend and extended hours may be required. Minimum education is a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, and processes.
• Willingness to obtain notary commission where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial center client solutions and guidance for consumer and small business needs.
• Educate clients on self-service options and assist with transactions.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines in daily activities (opening accounts, maintenance, etc.).
• Manage client interactions with a focus on serving the bank and clients.
