Job summary

You’ll help with deposits, lending needs, digital banking tools, and day-to-day branch operations while contributing to consumer and small business growth.

The position emphasizes sales development, service quality, relationship management and collaboration with team members to meet branch goals and excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or a degree in business preferred.
• Prior banking, customer service, or client-facing experience.
• 2–4 years of banking experience preferred.
• Experience recommending products or managing client relations is a plus.
• Strong math, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, Power BI.
• Comfort with digital banking tools and mobile devices.
• Ability to build rapport and identify client solutions.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen consumer and small business banking relationships.
• Open new accounts and assist with deposits and lending needs.
• Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support growth of deposit, loan, and client relationships.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve client questions.
• Introduce clients to digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Conduct outreach to local businesses and referral sources.
• Support branch strategies to expand client base.
• Assist with daily branch operations and be a welcoming contact.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members in person, on the phone, and online.
• Develop knowledge of products, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Contribute to branch sales, service and performance goals.
• Support bank initiatives and other branch assignments as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, teamwork and service mindset.
