Job summary

You will engage customers to grow relationships, work across branches, and support risk and compliance processes in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects and identifies needs to provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Engages with customers to complete needs assessments and tailor solutions across channels.
• Offers guidance on digital and self-service options to simplify banking.
• Maintains accurate data entry and follows lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively builds relationships and generates appointments within the community.
