Formación

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field are desirable.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed where appropriate.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Experience with personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Engage existing customers and prospects with needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Advise on financial solutions and preferred banking channels, tailoring recommendations for sales and service needs.
• Promote digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
• Support customer transactions and collaboratively grow the business across branches and channels.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies while maintaining data accuracy.
• Apply risk management framework to protect assets and maintain portfolio quality.
