Formación

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.

• Engages customers to complete needs assessments that identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
• Provides guidance on everyday banking, retail investments, lending solutions, and small business options.
• Advise on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
• Supports customer transactions based on customer traffic and needs.
• Collaborates with branch and market teams to grow BMO’s business and relationships.
• Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal lending policies.
