Job summary

Gesa Credit Union is seeking an entry level Personal Financial Services Representative to assist members with deposits, loans, and notary services. You will engage customers, open accounts, review credit, and support branch operations while building relationships.

You will work with a team to ensure excellent service, handle cash, and promote digital banking enrollment. High school degree required; Notary Public experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales/relationship building experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Notary Public certification or capacity.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Make outbound calls to establish and nurture member relationships.
• Assist members with membership applications and notary services.
• Process consumer loan applications and review credit reports for approvals.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and maintain accounts.
• Educate members on digital banking enrollment and services.
