Job summary

The Midland Mortgage division of MidFirst Bank seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, document, and maintain data links between access databases and the data warehouse. You will work with business unit stakeholders and IT to ensure accurate, accessible reporting for decision-making.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Math, or related field and 3+ years of US-based experience. This is a fully onsite role located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Access SQL and Microsoft Access.
• Knowledge of BI and reporting concepts and analysis techniques.
• Understanding of data warehouse environments and enterprise BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations leadership and stakeholders to align BI and reporting with company goals.
• Oversee change requests and manage workloads effectively.
• Design and document new data warehouse tables and data schemas from business requirements.
• Support development and maintenance of reports using existing data warehouse solutions.
• Perform ad hoc data pulls to meet internal and external reporting needs.
• Drive improvements to data processes and share best practices.
• Produce clear, insightful reporting and data schemas for decision support.
