Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a data-driven analyst to administer Personal Banking systems and analytics. You will aggregate, analyze, and evaluate data to optimize processes and support strategic decisions.

You will manage reporting systems, budgets, and dashboards (Power BI), with strong Excel and communication skills. 2+ years in analytics and a relevant bachelor's degree are required; Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0+
• At least 2 years in an analytical setting
• Strong analytical, logical and mathematical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Administers Personal Banking reporting and operational systems, including data integrity monitoring and user access management
• Oversees Sales Leadership Program incentive calculations, modeling and submission for approval
• Coordinates production of reports from multiple sources for Personal Banking Administration
• Creates annual financial budgets and monthly reporting
• Creates and maintains databases and performs queries
• Supports process improvement and analytics initiatives to enhance efficiency and decision-making
• May recommend policies and training to ensure compliance and customer service efficiency
