Job summary

Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to link access databases with the data warehouse and support reporting for business units. You will work with stakeholders and DBAs to ensure data accuracy and availability for dashboards and reports.

The role requires a MIS/CS/Math related degree (or 5–7 years of relevant experience), strong SQL/Access skills, and the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights. Onsite in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/Math or related field with GPA 3.0+ or 5–7 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Access SQL, and Microsoft Access.
• Knowledge of BI and reporting concepts and data warehouse environments.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, and maintain links between access databases and the data warehouse.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to ensure accurate data for reporting.
• Design and document new data warehouse tables and data schemas per reporting needs.
• Support development and maintenance of reports and data sources using existing DW solutions.
• Perform ad hoc data pulls to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
• Drive improvements to data processes and share best practices.
• Produce clear, articulate reporting and data schemas for insights.
