Citi is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker in Manhasset, NY, focused on assisting the sales and service activities across consumer banking. The role supports customer service teams to foster loyalty and increase sales to individual clients.

Responsibilities include handling smaller credit requests, cross-selling treasury products, coaching branch staff, and promoting digital channel adoption. The position offers full-time hours and benefits within Citi's Consumer Sales and Branch Sales

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K, recognize/refer larger lending opportunities and cross sell treasury and related small business products.
• Build referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the MGM program.
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans for Book of Business customers.
• Deliver client services/outbound/inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing ones via cross-sell of products and services.
• Provide tellers and branch staff with coaching on products and programs, identifying client needs and referrals.
• Educate clients on service and digital channels and present product offers/financial solutions.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards and procedures.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard Citi and assets, and escalate control issues with transparency.
