Job summary

Citigroup in Manhasset, NY is seeking an entry level Personal Banker SAFE Act role to assist in sales, service and coordination with customer teams. You will help build client loyalty and grow relationships by cross-selling treasury and small business products, while supporting tellers and staff with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
• NMLS registration and Safe Act compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing small business loan requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products
• Develop referral opportunities through COIs and MGM programs
• Deliver outbound and inbound calls to acquire and deepen client relationships
• Coach branch staff on products and referrals
• Educate clients on services and digital channels; present financial solutions
• Adhere to Citi policies, risk management, and compliance requirements
