Job summary

NBH Bank in Rocky Ford, CO is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to lead a customer-focused banking team. The role emphasizes relationship-building, coaching staff, and promoting digital banking solutions.

You will develop client relationships, introduce new products, and support mortgage, loan, and credit services while upholding NBH policies. A strong emphasis on service and compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• Must be registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act, and NBH policies including background checks.
• Driving may be required with a valid driver's license and driving history meeting bank standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach a team with strong decision-making under Banking Center leadership input.
