Job summary

NBH Bank in Colorado is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver friendly, accurate service while processing account transactions and introducing clients to new products and digital solutions.

You will work as an individual contributor with clear guidelines, support other departments as needed, and strive toward banking center sales and service goals. A high school diploma is required, plus some sales or cash-handling experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• Passionate and motivated self‑starter.
• Educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank.
• Ability to work overtime.”
