Qualifications

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service by engaging with customers professionally and efficiently.
• Conducts meetings with customers to assess financial needs and objectives.
• Opens and maintains personal and business accounts and explains Bell Bank products.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and grows the bank’s portfolio with tailored solutions.
• Resolves customer inquiries by researching records and ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Handles overdrafts, collections, and technical exceptions for assigned accounts.
• Processes transactions accurately and supports colleagues with complex tasks.
• Maintains a neat teller area and protects confidential information.
