Job summary

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required.
2-4 years in customer service experience.
0-2 years in banking/financial setting preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel preferred.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.

Conducts professional meetings to assess customers' financial needs and objectives.
Opens and maintains personal and business accounts.
Recommends and customizes banking solutions based on goals.

Manages overdrafts, collections and exceptions for assigned accounts.
