Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a branch lobby-focused banking professional to deliver exceptional service and guide customers to the best digital and self-serve options. You will help create a seamless, personal banking experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with branch partners to identify referral opportunities, conduct needs-based conversations, and handle routine transactions while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch and directs them to digital options.
• Identifies referral opportunities with BMO partners to grow customer relationships.
• Assists in client conversations about banking services and channels.
• Performs transaction-based service and address everyday banking needs.
• Maintains knowledge of personal banking products and keeps customer data accurate.
• Supports branch operations and compliance processes.
