Qualifications

• Typically between 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers as they walk into the branch lobby and offers guidance on digital and self-serve options.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities to grow customer relationships.
• As a lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services and sales-oriented solutions.
• Executes customer transactions with seamless service and accuracy.
• Reviews customer profiles to identify opportunities for everyday banking needs and credit cards.
• Supports branch operations and risk/compliance processes to protect customer assets.
