BMO U.S. seeks a customer-focused banking professional to deliver exceptional service and guidance to customers and prospects.

You will work with branch teams and partners to grow relationships, guide clients to digital options, and provide tailored personal banking and credit card advice. The role emphasizes needs-based conversations, seamless transaction handling, and contributing to the branch’s performance while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects, identifying needs and offering financial guidance
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships
• Welcomes customers in branch and guides them to digital/self-serve options for easy banking
• Conducts client conversations about banking services and provides channel recommendations
• Manages customer transactions with accurate and seamless execution
• Reviews customer profiles and addresses everyday banking and credit card needs
• Supports branch operations and risk/compliance requirements as needed
• Contributes to branch business results and overall customer experience
