Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification desirable.
• Social media, tablets, smartphones and online tools used in daily work.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role is a plus.
• Ability to listen, solve problems, and adapt to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers entering the branch, promoting digital and self-serve options.
• Identify referral opportunities to grow customer relationships with BMO.
• Conduct client conversations about banking services and channel options.
• Execute customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in marketing promotions and programs within conversations.
