Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree desirable or equivalent
• Lending qualifications and designations are expected
• Knowledge of personal banking products and retail lending is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and assess customer needs to offer suitable financial solutions
• Lead needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and opportunities
• Advise on digital/self-serve options and banking channels
• Identify and resolve issues with compliance and risk management within lending policies
