Job summary

BMO Financial Group in the United States seeks a customer-focused banking professional to deliver tailored financial solutions, advise on everyday banking, lending, and investment options, and collaborate with branch teams and partners to meet business goals.

You will engage customers with needs-based assessments, drive loyalty, handle risk/compliance, and expand relationships within the community while providing guidance on digital tools and self-serve options.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Provide advice on banking products and digital/self-serve options.
• Lead/cooperate on risk/compliance processes and lending policies.
• Build relationships and generate appointments within the community.
