Responsibilities

• Offer information on basic bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Assist customers with new and existing account inquiries and resolve account problems.
• Process basic transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instruments with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of bank processes and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Handle customer requests including temporary checks, debit cards, check orders, stop payments, and payments.
• Provide clerical support to branch and lending staff as assigned.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff.
