Job summary

Blaze Credit Union in Milaca is seeking a Personal Banker to be the frontline trusted financial guide for Members, helping them meet goals and selecting tailored products. You’ll engage directly with members, building lasting relationships through personalized service.

New hires may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus (or $5,500 for candidates with Fiserv DNA experience), paid over two years, along with competitive benefits and growth opportunities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in financial services, including opening new accounts, lending, and pipeline management.
• Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
• Eligible to obtain an NMLS ID number within 30 days of hire.
• Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Educate members on Blaze services to meet their needs.
• Open and process changes on Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, and Business accounts.
• Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines.
• Build meaningful relationships through excellent service and face-to-face interaction.
• Support the team by taking initiative to meet Blaze’s growth objectives.
