Job summary

InTouch Credit Union (ITCU) seeks a Member Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union, delivering a consultative financial experience both in person and virtually.

You will identify members' financial needs, recommend tailored solutions, deepen relationships, and contribute to meeting sales goals in a digital-first environment across branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• MLOs registration with NMLS required.
• Ability to work across branches and flexible schedules.
• Knowledge of financial regulations including BSA, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act.

POSITION PURPOSE

As a Member Relationship Specialist, you will act as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union to provide a consultative financial experience both in-person and virtually. You will engage with members to identify their financial needs and recommend tailored solutions that address both their immediate and long-term financial goals. This role is essential in deepening member relationships, expanding wallet share and positioning the Credit Union as a digital-first financial partner.

Pay Range

• Our ideal candidate will make $22.28 to $23.51 for this role.

Education

• High school degree or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum one (1) year of recent experience in customer service, retail, or sales required.
• Experience in a financial institution is preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus.

All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.

Requirements

• Required Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45am-12:45pm. (Note: the number of Saturdays worked may increase based on business needs.)
• Knowledge of all financial regulations including Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC- Funds Availability, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
• Attendance and promptness are pertinent; must be able to work a flexibility to work in any branch within all regions.
• Ability to accept assignments within in-store branch environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities by recommending personalized solutions.
• Demonstrative experience to support revenue through meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms.
• Knowledge of digital banking tools is a plus.
