We are currently seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialistto join our dynamic team.
As a Member Relationship Specialist, you will act as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union to provide a consultative financial experience both in-person and virtually. You will engage with members to identify their financial needs and recommend tailored solutions that address both their immediate and long-term financial goals. This role is essential in deepening member relationships, expanding wallet share and positioning the Credit Union as a digital-first financial partner.
