Our Fidelity Bankers work to provide clients the very best experience, whether completing a simple transaction or having a more in‑depth consultative discussion. Personal Bankers assist clients with a variety of banking needs like opening new accounts, educating them on products and services, and demonstrating the ease‑of‑use of mobile and digital banking tools, while working to achieve established customer service and sales objectives.

As a floating Personal Banker, you will perform a variety of duties that support the customer sales and service functions throughout our branches in Lackawanna County. This role may involve servicing multiple branches as needed, requiring flexibility based on the branch's customer volume and service needs.

The Bank provides all the training and mentorship you need to support your success as a Fidelity Banker. A minimum of one year in the banking industry is preferred, but not required. • Provide direct service on deposit products and services, including completing necessary documentation and performing point‑of‑sale processing.
• Solicit new business from prospective customers and nurture ongoing relationships with current customers to ensure continued growth.
