The role involves supporting customer sales and service across branches in Lackawanna County. The responsibilities include assisting customers with transactions, coordinating with branch staff, ensuring efficient communication across departments, and fostering relationships to meet sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging experience for all customers (internal and external) through execution of the Fidelity Model Experience and embodiment of the organization’s core values.
• Engage with customers to identify their financial needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Assist customers in achieving financial goals through consultative conversations.
• Foster relationships with existing customers to identify cross‑selling opportunities and support retention and growth.
• Provide direct service on deposit products and services, including completing documentation and performing point‑of‑sale processing.
• Solicit new business from prospective customers and nurture ongoing relationships to ensure continued growth.
