First Convenience Bank is hiring a front-line associate to deliver exceptional customer service and handle cash transactions in a high-volume branch. You will evaluate customer needs and promote banking products while following bank policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates have strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position emphasizes accuracy in deposits and balance, cross-selling opportunities, and reliable attendance.

Competenze

• Age 18+ requirement
• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check as per policy
• Ability to work in a team environment

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment, handling cash transactions
• Evaluate customer relationships and promote bank products and services
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions
• Contribute to monthly new account production goals
• Prospect customers in-store as needed
• Process deposits and withdrawals accurately and balance daily transactions
• Receive cash/checks, verify amounts and endorsements
• Identify counterfeit items and verify IDs
• Enter transactions into computer systems and issue receipts
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs; process Western Union wires and cash advances
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base including Spanish-speaking clients
• Perform other supervisor-directed tasks
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Adhere to established authority-based approval limits
