First Convenience Bank is seeking a customer-focused teller to join our team in Texas. You will handle cash transactions, evaluate customer relationships, and promote bank products to support clients’ financial goals.

You will follow bank policies and assist in daily operations in a high-volume branch. The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on accurate processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or currently in high school.

Responsabilités

• Under direct supervision, provide exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and promote bank products and services to support financial success.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Engage in in-store prospecting within a sales environment.
• Process deposits and payouts, balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Ensure cash authenticity and risk controls against counterfeit items.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Handle Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base including Spanish-speaking clients.
• Perform other tasks requested by supervisors relating to bank operations.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Work within established approval limits.
