First Convenience Bank is seeking a front-line Teller to deliver exceptional service in a high-volume branch. You will handle cash transactions, promote bank products, and assist a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers, with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include deposits, withdrawals, cross-selling services, and maintaining daily balance; the role requires teamwork, flexible scheduling, and compliance with background checks and company policies.

Competenze

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, high school equivalency or currently attending high school.
• Six months of accountable cash handling/transaction management in a retail or customer service environment.
• Must complete FNBT Step Program for internal employees.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass background investigation according to company policy.

• Provide exceptional customer service involving receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Follow established policies in accordance with bank and supervisor guidance.
• Evaluate customer relationships and offer bank products and services.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store prospecting in a sales environment.
• Process deposits and payouts accurately and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit checks and misidentification.
• Enter transactions into computers and issue receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base (including Spanish speakers).
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
