Blue Ridge Bank is seeking a Personal Banker II to assist customers with transactions, new account openings, and referrals at our Charlottesville branch. This role ensures compliance with regulations and can include Seasonal, Part Time, and Floater positions.

The incumbent will deliver high-touch service, meet sales targets for deposits and loans, and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining knowledge of product offerings and pricing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as teller or personal banker.
• Sales experience with cross-selling required.
• High school diploma required; banking qualifications a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and inquiries.
• Meet and exceed deposits and loans sales targets.
