• Deliver outstanding service while performing a variety of customer transactions.
• Offer guidance to customers and provide a full spectrum of customer services.
• Set, achieve, and exceed service standards by adhering to established Service Quality Standards.
• Achieve individual sales goals.
• Support branch sales goals by identifying customer needs and promoting the Bank’s products/services.
• Develop strong customer relationships through new account follow-up and timely maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships and develop new and existing customers.
• Stay informed of industry trends and bank products/pricing.
• Utilize software to identify customer needs and referrals to other lines of business.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
